Jay Canupp is the Practice Director, Enterprise Information Management at Axia Consulting, a systems integration firm that provides technology and business consulting services to middle-market and Fortune 500 companies as well as government agencies. He is an accomplished senior consultant with over fifteen years of experience serving in various roles on Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) teams and Business Intelligence projects within the Utilities, Healthcare, Software, Manufacturing, Insurance, and Public Sector industries. Jay holds a BSBA in Logistics from The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business.
The SIG Coordinator will function as the chair person for this group and as such is an important representative of the group as well as the OAUG. This role lead SIG direction; schedules SIG Board conference calls; produces an agenda for all the SIG Board conference calls; publishes meeting minutes; and coordinates and assists volunteers. The SIG Coordinator also serves as the SIG meetings facilitator at conferences or delegates this role to another member if the SIG Coordinator cannot attend.

Kirby Lunger is the Chief Sales & Marketing Officer (CSMO) for, and a Partner at, Performance Architects. She maintains over 20 years of experience in the consulting, internet services, and software markets at organizations including Gomez (now Compuware), Painted Word (now Palladium Group), Palladium Group, and R.B. Webber & Company / The Entrepreneurs' Fund. She is the Chair of the Oracle Application Users Group (OAUG) Endeca Special Interest Group (SIG). Kirby holds a B.A. from Yale University with Honors in Philosophy and Political Science. She is a frequent presenter at industry events and writes for groups such as Association for Financial Professionals (AFP), BeyeNetwork, ComputerWorld, Enterprise Systems, Higher Education Data Warehousing Forum, Information Management, The National Association of College and University Business Officers (NACUBO), NICSA, and The Data Warehousing Institute (TDWI), as well as local and national Oracle events such as Oracle OpenWorld, Oracle Application Users Group (OAUG) COLLABORATE, and the Oracle Higher Education User Group (HEUG) Alliance Conference.
GEO/SIG Coordinator Description
The GEO/SIG Coordinator helps to create and maintain relationships among the various local Oracle user groups and with the SIG Leadership team. The role also interfaces with Oracle to coordinate events and arrange speakers, as well as make sure there is no duplicated content at conferences.
